Learners have their own ways of learning and understanding. Learners solve their\u00a0problems based on their own styles of problem-solving techniques.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>David Kolb: Experiential Learning<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>According to David Kolb (1984) there are four stages that a learner must complete to learn effectively.<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Concrete Experience: In this stage, the learner has an active role in learning by actively participating in the learning process. Therefore, the learner must work hands on and be actively engaged.<\/li>\n<li>Reflective observation: In this second stage, the learner observes the learning process and then notes his personal experience, thus creating new knowledge.<\/li>\n<li>Abstract conceptualisation: In this stage, the learner applies the gained experience from known theories and concepts, modifies it and then applies it to future activities and experimentations\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 43\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>4.
