The learning style of an individual has great impact on his learning progress. Learners have their own ways of learning and understanding. Learners solve their\u00a0problems based on their own styles of problem-solving techniques.<\/p>\n\n

David Kolb: Experiential Learning<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

According to David Kolb (1984) there are four stages that a learner must complete to learn effectively.<\/p>\n\n

    \n
  1. Concrete Experience: In this stage, the learner has an active role in learning by actively participating in the learning process. Therefore, the learner must work hands on and be actively engaged.<\/li>\n
  2. Reflective observation: In this second stage, the learner observes the learning process and then notes his personal experience, thus creating new knowledge.<\/li>\n
  3. Abstract conceptualisation: In this stage, the learner applies the gained experience from known theories and concepts, modifies it and then applies it to future activities and experimentations\n

    4.
